(CNN) -- Two men, shocked at what they saw, describe an unarmed teenager with his hands up in the air as he's gunned down by a police officer.
They were contractors doing construction work in Ferguson, Missouri, on the day Michael Brown was killed.
And the men, who asked not to be identified after CNN contacted them, said they were about 50 feet away from Officer Darren Wilson when he opened fire.
An exclusive video captures their reactions during the moments just after the shooting.
"He had his f**n hands up," one of the men says in the video.

The man told CNN he heard one gunshot, then another shot about 30 seconds later.
"The cop didn't say get on the ground. He just kept shooting," the man said.
That same witness described the gruesome scene, saying he saw Brown's "brains come out of his head," again stating, "his hands were up."
The video shows the man raising his arms in the air -- just as, he says, Brown was doing when he was shot.
The other contractor told CNN he saw Brown running away from a police car.
Brown "put his hands up," the construction worker said, and "the officer was chasing him."
The contractor says he saw Wilson fire a shot at Brown while his back was turned.
The men said they didn't see how the confrontation started.

"The lady is 100% correct, right to assembly does not mean a forced walk. You may assemble standing, sitting, marching or any way in which you feel to constitute your freedom and protest. Keep up the good work Mike, sorry the police need some sort of press ID in order for you to have your 1st amendment right to record a Lady expressing her right to assemble in whatever way she see fit.

'The cop shot a fire through the window. Michael breaks away and starts running away but the officer continued shooting.' Ms Mitchell had gone to the Ferguson, Missouri neighborhood on Saturday to pick up an employee, Piaget Crenshaw, for work. Ms Crenshaw, who lives in an apartment with a balcony overlooking the street, also witnessed the incident. Before the shooting, it appeared that the 18-year-old and police officer were 'arm-wrestling', she told CNN.
Both women said that a shot was fired and that Brown started running away from the officer and the pa
trol vehicle. They said that the officer chased the teen roughly 20 feet down the street and fired shots at him in the St Louis suburb.
The 18-year-old turned and raised his hands in the air, the witnesses said, but the shots kept coming.

A new witness to Michael Brown’s shooting has emerged—and she’s also got new amateur video from Saturday in Ferguson. Her account of what happened corroborates what Dorian Johnson says he saw on Saturday.
Tiffany Mitchell told KMOV News 4 that she saw an officer inside a police vehicle wrestling with Brown through the car’s window before a shot rang out. That’s when she says that Brown began running away. Mitchell says the officer fired again and Brown raised his hands in the air before being fired upon until he was killed.
“The cop just continues walk up on him and shoot him until he goes all the way down,” she recalls. Mitchell also has new video, taken from her cell phone.......

The arrest came after she'd been tear-gassed.
She's a state senator, and she's clearly in no mood for platitudes from Gov. Jay Nixon.
