MRG, the big non-profit organization which has funded/still funds many activist groups, including the Alliance,
KBOO, Veterans for Peace, PCASC, immigrant groups, PCUN, etc., had a photo competition for 2011 with the theme,
"Social Justice Within Reach."  Bette Lee submitted her photos, and won!  Bette and a young, very talented Korean
American photographer, Nathan Moon, we will be displaying their photos at MRG's annual fundraiser and party to
celebrate "Social Justice Within Reach."
The MRG Fundraiser and party will be held at the p.ear gallery, 338 NW 6th (Old Town),
Saturday, May 7th, from 7-11 PM.  Tickets will cost $25 (remember it's a fundraiser),
which will include free delicious organic food catered by Phresh, music, dancing, and art!
